Look, up in the clear sky
The Halo of Cosmos appeared
Right above the Western Land of Bliss[1] on earth
That is an unprecedented marvel in a millennium
Revealing the return of the Awakened One
As a present from the Five Great Buddhas
And the Bodhisattvas from Ten Directions
In the pure Realm of Dharma
It favors the predestined in the Saha World[2]
And proclaims the secret of the grand cycle
That is without an origin and without an end
Through the incredible brightness and brilliancy

In the jubilation of the Birthday of Sakyamuni Buddha, the delicate sound of Buddha was wreathing the Land of Bliss in the Western Shrine. “Those who hear these sounds are naturally mindful of the Buddha, mindful of the Dharma, and mindful of the Sangha.” With the presence of Master Ziguang Shang Shi, the disciples held a grand ceremony for the date of birth of this honorable Buddha, together with the newly converted students.

On May 13, the construction of the square in front of the God of Wealth Temple was in full swing. At around 11:30 a.m. (Eastern Time in US), a magnificently brilliant halo with colors of rainbow appeared in the azure, surrounding the sun. It lightened the grand building for spiritual practice in this paradise of Western Shrine with boundless splendor; even the light of sun was surpassed. Everyone was marveled by this unprecedented view. Master Ziguang Shang Shi glanced at the halo with his merciful eyes and instructed the disciples with smile that the Halo of Cosmos in Sakyamuni Buddha’s prophecy was currently realized in front of all the predestined disciples. All the Gods of Wealth would gather in the Western Shrine. The miraculous and splendid Halo of Cosmos last around one hour and disappeared gradually. Propitious clouds was surrounding the sun and wreathing within the scope where the halo was, and finally dissipated reluctantly. It seemed that Mahavairocana Buddha[3] was nodding smilingly up in the sky, and the Buddhas and the Bodhisattvas bestowed the disciples with their blessing.

In the next day, with his great compassion, Master Ziguang Shang Shi illuminated the disciples on the meaning of halo with rainbow lights surrounding the sun in the air in the Dharma Assembly. The unprecedented marvel in a millennium carried an important message from the Realm of Space. The reappearance of the Halo of Cosmos would cause a great sensation to the world, and was a strong contrast with the world outside. Especially at the time when people were suffering from disasters and plagues that were more and more frequent and severe, the Halo indicated a coming new reformation for the world and a restructuring would soon begin. The catastrophe was the result of shared karma, and the fate of humans in the great cycle of forming, staying, decaying and vanishing was inevitable. Only converting to Master Ziguang Shang Shi and practicing unsurpassed yoga of dharma together would lead to the reduction of disasters and the salvation of humans, and then the hope would return to the world. The most incredible was that the millennial wonder only appeared above the Western Shrine, while the world outside was still moving unknowingly on its destined track. After the disciples and preachers heard the dharma, they were all full with gratitude and delight, as if attaining supreme Mani jewels, and kowtowed for the almsgiving of Buddhism Dharma from the Master.

This day will be one of the most glorious pages in the Epic of Guang Huan Mi Zong. As predicted by Sakyamuni Buddha, in the Dharma Vanishing Era, the appearance of the Halo of Cosmos will bring the earth incomparable brightness, which will expand from the Western Shrine to the entire world. The Dharma Princes and the predestined in different places all over the world will reassemble on the Holy Mountain for pilgrimage and conversion, and come back to the World Honored One, Master Ziguang Shang Shi for disseminating the gospel of the Halo to the Saha world.
